Serious Buyer Looking For A HDB 3Room Corner Unit With Attached Bathroom Either In Bedok Or Tampines Area

I am a Singaporean looking for a HDB 3 room corner unit with attached bathroom either in Bedok or Tampines area.

As to be Mid floor onwards with lift landing. House unit /Living room window facing NORTH or SOUTH is preferred.

Looking for a "PRIVACY" unit in particular 2 units on each sides of the upgraded lift if possible.

Close to Central and amenities is a plus factor. Layout of the unit simple or original is fine.

I'm not eligible for HLE, not doing contra and using bank loan.

High valuation with high COV i will consider if my requirements are met.

    I'm John here. Learn from you that you are looking for a 3rm flat near bedok /tampines.

    I have a house available in tampines which is above 6th floor. Is door to wall flat with attached bathroom in master bedroom.

    The house is fully decorated, with 2 new aircons install, parquet floor area in 2bedrooms, marble or homogenous tiles in the living hall with a portion of the cornice design.
    Feeder bus to Central, but convenience as the eateries areas is just opposite to the house.

    The door entrance is installed & covered with extra gate along the stairways.

    Meantime, are you a Spore Citizen/ Permanent Resident?
    Are you buying for your own or under what scheme?
