Wanted !! Terraces in District 23 HillView Estate

I'm looking for a corner terrace or inter-terrace with land at least 2,000 sqft and above. Must have at least 3 bedrms and 2 to 3 bathrooms.No WEST sun and preferably on elevated land.Preferably with valuation done and must be a GENUINE SERIOUS SELLER ! Contact buyer @ 97359598
