Buying Pte Apartment for Investment

I am interested to buy a private apt or walk up apt preferably in the eastern or western part of Singapore for investment. My budget is less than 500k and I do not mind if the apt is slightly older or there are no facilities. Apartment will be used for rental purpose only. Thank you.

    Thank you Agnes for the email. I am only looking up to Jurong area in the west. Bt Batok, Pt Panjang, Woodlands are not areas i am looking for.
