How to calculate the re-sale value of a Car in Singapore ?

Hi.. It seems like a tough question since the equation is quite complicated.
How do we calculate the selling price of a 2nd hand car in Singapore ? If a bought a car in 2007 for 54K with COE hovering around 14K, and now its new selling price from the company is 42K and COE is 8K.. Car is fairly new, used only 10,000 miles.. no accident, maintained perfectly !!! any expert comments ??

as a general guide, check your COE/ PARF rebate from One motoring website. Then add about 5k to it. That's about the selling price of your car. or you can call a few dealers to get the best deal.
