Change of Job

I had been an Engineer for the past 10 years. Will I get a lower position job? I do not like this current position as alot of political going at this levels.

    Curious, do you intend to change to a totally different job role (eg., finance, sales/ marketing etc.)?

    If you are looking for a job similar to your current, then not necessary you'll end up with lower position.
