About car audio shop services

Hi, I'm new to installing ICE. I've 2 questions.

1. Do I have to call the shop to make an appointment? How does it work?
2. Can the installation be completed in one day or do I have to drive down another day?

    No need to make appointment lah. If you know what you want to install, do some market research. Some people go to Sim Lim tower to buy the cables and parts, and get installer to do. Workmanship is very impt in ensuring that the system is well set up. usually can finish in a couple of hours.
