To effect vehicle transfer, you have to complete the Application Form for Transfer of Vehicle, attach the required supporting documents, then submit your application either at LTA’s Vehicle & Transit Licensing Division at 10 Sin Ming Drive, or any of the authorised Electronic Service Agents’ premises.  Most major motor distributors are Electronic Service Agents.
